REFUND POLICY
We accept returns of eligible items postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.
How to Submit a Return Request

Click the link below (or the profile icon in our store menu) to access your account:

- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- Check your email for a 6-digit verification code from us.
- Enter the code on the sign-in page. (No password needed!)

Find the order you'd like to return and click "Request return".

If your order has multiple items, select the specific items you want to return.

Choose a return reason and add any notes for our team.

Click "Request return" to submit.

If your return is approved and requires shipping, you'll receive an email with a return shipping label and instructions.

Once we receive your item(s), your refund will be processed.
Return Policy
We accept returns of eligible items postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. .Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of Desden Store Credit, via eGift Card. Refunds cannot be issued to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
Returned items cannot show any signs of use, wear, tear, marks, scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage. Products must have the original hang tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipment if the return is refused.

- Sale items marked as final sale
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
